11:11 PM ● How dumb can someone get? I mean honestly

Have you ever had a feeling that you were speaking to a person below you?
A person whom can't even seem to understand a simples word, sentence or don't even have the slightest common sense?

Well, i do.
And it's nerve racking!! & irritating..
sometimes, i would laugh after the person is gone, thinking how dumb can a person get...
or laugh straight on the person face, as i couldn't take it in much longer..
or better! i would just ignore and take it as a joke in the future(i think)

I'm not a person whom like to insult others,
but sometimes things like this can't be tolerance.

How? In what way?
Let me explain one scenario for you..
(I was working at Sentosa then, as a Administration Ops..
And it was a very busy and packed day, and it was a Indian lady turn on queue, pushing a tram with her infant to my counter)
Me: Hi, Good Afternoon. How may i help you? =)
Her: Yesyesyes..I want to go inside the island.
Me: OK madam, How many tickets do you need? the admission tickets cost $3 each.
Her: okok..2 Adult, 2 Kids.
Me: =) May i know how old are your kids madam?
Her: (Pointing to her husband standing outside the queue, he was holding onto his daughter)
She is 4. And (looking down at her baby tram) she 3months.
Me: (Standing on my toes and bending down to take a look at her kid to verity her infant is younger than 3)Ok madam, for the tickets, children below 3 are free. So you would be needing 3 tickets in total. That would be a total of $9.

After printing the tickets, i collected her money and return her, her changes with her receipt.
Then followed by her tickets.(Giving her time to slot her cash into her wallet.)
Her: NOnono!!! I say i want 4 tickets!
Me: =) Madam, children below 3 are free.
Her: NONONO!! i say i want 4 tickets(then she pointed to her family members again.)
Me: (Trying to explain to her again)
Her: (Arguing back)
Me: (Almost at my limit of going crazy, i almost broke a laugh. Resisting)Madam, May i ask how many of your family are entering sentosa?
Her: 4!! Me, my husband, and my daughters(She pointed again)
Me: (Still smiling, I explained very slowly) Madam, children below 3years old~ are free to enter sentosa~ (Before she could argue again, i said;) Madam, your infant is below 3 right?
Her: (gave me a look, like "duh~") ya, i told you already she is 3month plus..
Me: (Still smiling) Then she is free~ free to enter.
(-_-" my colleague beside me was laughing till she hide herself, i was in my last straw..)
Her: NONONO!!
Me: (I burst) Madam!~ Your infant is 3 month PLUS right?
Her: (she nodded)
Me: (Smiling) so total 3 person is paying for the 3 tickets right?
Her: Nononononono!! I want 4 tickets~
Me: (colleague was laughing and trembling, While i sudden spoke louder than i should.)
Madam, (pointing at her kid on the tram with my thumb and looking at her kid smiling.)why would your infant need a ticket (And i finally broke a LAUGH)when she is only 3month old and when she doesn't have to pay?
Her: (Was stunt? Or blurred out, soon later he husband came over.)
Him: (speaking in Indian and looking at me, he finally spoke.."Can you imagine how long she was hogging at my counter? While the queue was still in length on such a long distance, lengthening out till the garden or playground.) Hello! What seems to be the problem?
Me: Hi Sir, I was explaining to your Wife that her infant don't have to pay for the ticket as she is below 3 years of age.
Him: OKOK! thank you.Sorry. (and began mumbling to his wife.)
Her: Sorry.
Me: (Mind: Finally~ and next person came over..)
Next guest: Hahas hard time uh?
Me: (I just smiled and said;) busy day. =)

p/s: I LOVED working in Sentosa so much "then", Soon later it was boring, complicated and shitty! People whom originally worked there, whom i enjoy working with, whom make working an enjoyment, left.
Why? Coz some shitty IC took over. I don't mind people whom are strict and serious with the job, but people whom are stupidly dumb, trying to act as if he is right?
then seriously "FUCK OFF"!! I worked at sentosa for almost 3years plus? since i quit and i an the so called, "old bird" ..can you imagine looking at how many people worked, cry, insulted, leave, new ones came, same routine..and byebye!~ Do you think it's their problem?
Okaye, maybe for some.
But i think it's mostly the problem from the top..or ICs.
We have alot of adorable, hilarious, cute yet strict ICs and as i said.
If they are serious of their work, that's fined.
but if they are stupidly stupid stupid asshole..then shit! why do i have to continue working?
What i hate the most is when, i am schedule to work when i wasn't notice.
And guess what lame crap they gave me? You should check it yourself.
Bullshit! How am i going to check for myself when i didn't work for awhile or when i wasn't notice that i "told them i was able to work, when I'M NOT!!!'

-_-..wait! why am i dragging out those nonsense for, i have even crappy ones.
Like when I'm sick but i have to come to work?ESPECIALLY when i am helping them to work as they are in need in man power!! Fuck them!!! (Middle finger up) I am always helping them to work when i don't wan to or when i have exams!!!!
but where is the thanks? MY ass!!!

Back to topic.
My sister wanted to book the function room or something today,
but the security guard was so rude to say "CANNOT!!"
Like shit!! Hello..Who is the residents here?
That's why i am so fed up about.
WHERE IS SINGAPOREANS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE?

And arguing continues..
slowly became quarrelling..
and soon later the manager is brought out.

Soon later, it was a basic common sense problem.
The security guard could only listen to straight commands and not think common sen-sly.
if there's such a word!
As in use your brain and THINK!!
If the manager said, people are not allowed to book the room, unless they sign in.
what?the security guard process it directly?
WRONG!! she only process the front sentence~
irritating? WAY YES!!

Okaye, feel so much better letting out all the anger and etc.
